Shipping policy

We ship through the USPS + UPS with a flat rate of $7.99.

SHIPPING TIME FRAME:  Orders ship normally in 2-4 business days. 

If an order is shipped from Kickin Colt Boutique to an incorrect address that you as the customer provided, you as the customer will be responsible to repay for reshipping. We WILL NOT assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer. Kickin Colt Boutique WILL NOT assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Kickin Colt Boutique is NOT responsible for:

  • Delays with USPS or UPS shipping
  • International Duties or Customs Charges

    Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

    • If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, Kickin Colt Boutique IS NOT responsible. This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service or your local law enforcement.
